- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- ½ cup beef broth
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned, then remove.
- Stir-fry bell peppers for 2 minutes.
- Return beef to the wok, add oyster sauce and beef broth, stir well.
- Let simmer for 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Drizzle sesame oil for extra flavor, then serve hot.
