Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • ½ cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned, then remove.
  4. Stir-fry bell peppers for 2 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the wok, add oyster sauce and beef broth, stir well.
  6. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil for extra flavor, then serve hot.
