2 small heads of broccoli, cut into florets

¾ cup beef or vegetable broth

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp dark brown sugar

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp minced ginger

Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Prepare the Ingredients: Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Mix with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Make the Sauce: Whisk cornstarch into the broth, then add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and oyster sauce.
