Ingredients
1 cup seasoned ground beef
1 cup cooked Mexican-style rice
½ cup shredded 3-cheese blend (cheddar, Monterey Jack, mozzarella)
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup creamy chipotle sauce
1 large flour tortilla (burrito size)
Optional: jalapeños, black beans, red tortilla strips
Instructions
Brown the seasoned beef in a skillet and simmer with taco seasoning.
Warm the flour tortilla in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Layer the rice, beef, cheese, sour cream, and chipotle sauce in the center of the tortilla.
Add optional toppings like jalapeños or beans if desired.
Fold the tortilla sides in, roll it up tightly, and sear the burrito seam-side down in a hot pan until lightly crispy.
Slice in half and serve hot with your favorite sauce or chips.
