  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prepare the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat the pan: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the salmon fillets (skin-side down) for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
