This Cheesecake Factory bread recipe lets you recreate the famous sweet wheat brown bread at home! Soft, slightly sweet, with oat topping and perfect texture.
Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 cup bread flour

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 cup molasses

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp instant yeast

1 1/4 cups warm water

Pinch of salt

Rolled oats (for topping)
Instructions

Mix whole wheat flour, bread flour, cocoa powder, yeast, and salt.

In another bowl, combine warm water, molasses, honey, and melted butter.

Slowly add wet ingredients to dry, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let it rise for 1–2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Shape into slender loaves, brush with water, and sprinkle oats on top.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For an extra-soft texture, let the shaped loaves rise again for 30 minutes before baking.
