Description
Monte Cristo Sliders are a sweet and savory twist on the classic sandwich, layered with ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, and raspberry preserves, all baked to golden perfection on Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

½ lb deli turkey, sliced

½ lb deli ham, sliced

6 slices Swiss cheese, halved

½ cup raspberry preserves

½ cup melted butter (divided)

1 egg, beaten

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp mayonnaise
-
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half into the dish.

Spread raspberry preserves over the bottom half. Layer turkey, ham, and cheese.

In a bowl, mix ¼ cup melted butter, egg, mustard, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce.

Spread sauce mixture on the inside of the top roll half and place it over the meat and cheese.

Brush tops with the remaining melted butter.

Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until cheese melts and tops are golden.

Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar (optional), slice, and serve warm.
