  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup liquid (coconut milk, almond milk, or pineapple juice)

  • 45 ice cubes

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the banana. Prepare pineapple chunks if using fresh fruit.

  2. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness by adding more liquid or ice.
