Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked day-old rice
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup peas and carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients – Chop vegetables, beat eggs, pat shrimp dry, and loosen cold rice.
- Cook the Shrimp – Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
- Scramble the Eggs – In the same pan, add eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Push to the side.
- Stir-Fry Rice & Vegetables – Add garlic, peas, and carrots, followed by cold rice. Stir-fry over high heat.
- Add Sauces and Shrimp – Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and add the cooked shrimp back in.
- Garnish and Serve – Top with chopped green onions and serve hot.
