  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add shrimp, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp turn pink.
  • Pour in lemon juice and chicken broth (if using), then stir to combine. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Serve shrimp over warm rice and enjoy!
