- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp turn pink.
- Pour in lemon juice and chicken broth (if using), then stir to combine. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
